First, an update on our beach markets...Our beaches are still selling well, and property values have had some appreciation - 17% appreciation at Wrightsville Beach in the past year. Throughout Wilmington, most properties are selling at more than 95% of their asking price; however, we are seeing homes on the market longer than a year ago.

Negotiations for the sale of a home can be affected by emotional factors. For example, it is easy to be offended by someone who is making an offer on your property.
