I've lived all over the United
States
Georgia, Florida, Texas, Virginia, California and since 1991,
Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. I graduated from the University of
Georgia and completed our graduate work at United States International
University. We taught English until our children were born and then enjoyed the
luxury of being an at-home mom for several years.
Real Estate captured us as
my husband and I began investing in "fixers" during Southern California's boom
years of the 70's and 80's. Those years of remodeling, renovation and
property management have been invaluable for us and for our clients today. I
understand construction and I can recognize possibilities for improvement and
expansion. Also, I am quite familiar with the investment process and the
intricacies of tax-free exchanges.
I love this business! If you've moved
as often as I have, helping people to buy and sell homes seems natural. I
delight in sharing the enthusiasm of a home purchase, and I find tremendous
satisfaction when our marketing and negotiating skills enable a seller to
